University Innovation Summit is a platform bringing together 100+ projects & teams across all clusters supported by the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology (ASRT).
Building on ASRT’s strong and continuous efforts in empowering research-driven innovation, this initiative reinforces its leading role in supporting applied scientific research and youth innovation nationwide.
The event will feature a structured final judging process (technical excellence + business viability assessment), prestigious tech speeches & panel discussions, a national exhibition platform, and a high-profile awards ceremony recognizing top projects from each cluster.

Is the Summit open to general visitors?
Yes! While project submission is now closed, general visitors, students, and tech enthusiasts are welcome to attend. You can explore the 100+ project exhibits, attend all speeches and panel discussions, and join us for the final ceremony.
How can I register as a visitor?
You can register for a visitor pass for free by filling out the registration form on our website/event page. We recommend registering early as seats and capacity are limited.
When and where will the Summit take place?
The summit is a one-day event taking place on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at Zewail City of Science and Technology in 6th of October City.
What are the key activities planned for the day?

Which gate should I use for entry, and where is the project exhibit located?
Entry will be through the Main Gate of Zewail City of Science and Technology. The project showcase (Exhibit Area) will be hosted inside the Academic Building.
Is parking available at the venue?
Yes, parking facilities are available inside the Zewail City campus for registered participants. Access directions and entry instructions will be shared via email ahead of the event.
